Refund policy
Claims for refunds must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can contact us through the form located in our “Contact Us” page or call us at 443-946-0734 from 9 AM to 4PM EST. Our customers come first, so we will make sure to process any and all requests as quickly as possible.
Full credit refunds for orders without returns will only be given if the product is deemed defective. We will require a photo taken on the day of deliver to confirm. You can file a claim through the form location in our “Contact Us” page.
Open/Torn package, damaged by FEDEX, and any other issues will be subject to a partial refund. Please remember each claim is situational and will be investigated and dealt with individually.
